This pc gaming chair is amazing. I am in front of my computer for many hours playing games and working and have really noticed a difference using it.

This is my first racing-style chair, and it feels like a friggen throne. You will not “sink in” to the chair. You won’t feel like you’re in a recliner. But it is VERY ergonomic and supportive. It is plenty comfortable: The support is the most noticeable thing, but its also quite snug. You sit in it, wiggle for a second or two, and feel like you’re cemented (in a good way).

    –Overall Verdict: 4 stars.–
I’m glad I got it. There’s a tiny bit a disappointment, but I’m glad I got it. A long term test is in order – but so far, after about 8 hours straight in this chair, I feel better than I did in my old one. My back doesn’t hurt as badly, and that’s a plus. 🙂

    Excellent Chair, Better Customer Service

Unfortunately when my original chair arrived it has a few defects. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded. They went out of their way to get me a replacement chair asap.

Here was their immediate response to my issues:
    > Thank you for your reply. We saw the pictures that were posted with your
    > Amazon review and cannot apologize enough! The state in which your OPSEAT
    > arrived to you is completely unacceptable to us and we want to make this up
    > to you right away. We have already submitted for a replacement to be sent
    > to you and I will send you the tracking information as soon as it is made
    > available today.

I received the new chair and believe it to be an excellent choice. The chair is sturdy and is quality built. I can sit comfortably in it at 5’11 and 240 lbs. Extremely happy with the chair and the excellent customer service.

If you are still trying to decide between chairs, this one is a winner. Excellent quality, feel, and backed by great customer service.

Go ahead and order with confidence.

Good chair. Been wanting this style for a while. A few screws were hard to get it in, but not bad. Would recommend. Cheaper than a lot of other chairs of similar style.

This seat is great for what you pay. I don’t own a DXRacer or chair like that, but for 60% of the cost, you get roughly 95% of the comfort. Think of it like that Sprint and Verizon commercial.

Assembly: Pretty simple, but not always easy. The directions are great, but some holes could be drilled out a bit more. Some required me to use a screwdriver to enlarge the hole in the fabric that covered the screw holes. At the very end, the covers for the screws on the sides were pretty tough to attach since the holes are very small and the cover edge sits on the zipper part.

Sitting: It is great! Nice padded bottom, nice lumbar pillow and head pillows. The leaning back is pretty cool and fun for watching TV in the chair. The colors are vibrant, the armrests have a nice little bit of padding (but one of my armrests has a bit of wobble to it, but I think I can fix that.)
The wings on the chair are nice and don’t get in the way of my sitting. The hydraulics lift about 4-5 inches. Not much but enough. The armrests lift about the same. Wheels are nice dual castor wheels, but I replaced mine with roller blade wheels.

Everything about it feels pretty quality to me. Nothing on it really says it is cheap or worse than a DXRacer, the only difference I see is that the armrests don’t move in 3 axes, but that is not the end of the world for a chair. The weight distribution is set up so your butt is basically over the entire base, so if you lean forward you may accidentally lift up the chair. But because of this, you can lay back 180 degrees and the chair won’t fall over since you will still be centered over the base.

Overall, I am in love with this chair. Got rid of my old office chair and haven’t looked back.
