What are the difference between the Master and Grandmaster Series?
The grandmaster has 6 inches wider sitting space due to his flat seat base style. the grandmaster is also 2 inches deeper at a total sit-able space of 21″ x 20″. The grandmaster series also comes with an extra 2″ deep perforated leather seat back that ads extra cushion and support. The master series has high winged metal frame that hugs the user and holds them in spot. As a result, despite having the same total width as the grandmaster, the total sit-able area is 18″ x 15. Both the Grandmaster and Master chairs have the same arm rests, tilt mechanism, gas lifts, star bases, and wheels. Both come with neck and lumbar pillows in 11 colors.
How do I know if OPSEAT will be a good fit for me?

What is the weight limit for an OPSEAT?
There is a 300lb weight limit on both the Grandmaster and Master Series chairs.
Why don't you offer an electric standing desk?
Our thought process is this. Gamers don’t game standing up. A lot of companies make electric standing desks for work environments because workers work standing up. When it comes to gaming that just isn’t needed. Only the height adjustment is. Electric legs are expensive. So expensive these competitors are forced to use a low quality MDF board ( compressed saw dust and glue ) to still get an affordable desk they can market. What we’ve done is flipped the entire equation. In custom manufacturing non electric pin height legs we are able to put all the extra resources into the table top. The part you actually touch and see. The comfort edge lip in color matched urethane is soft to the touch, rounded, and makes sure you never have pressure lines on your wrists or forearms ever again. The hard formica table top is water proof, scratch resistant, and works as a mousepad for all optical sensor mice. That’s 4 to 6 ft of mousepad! It also has a light reflectiveness that makes your RGB pop like nothing else. The gunnar cockpit edge is designed to pull you into your rig and log you into something more than a desk and chair. I pre-ordered a chair. Can I change color?
Can I change or cancel my order after it has shipped?
There is a chance that the package can be intercepted by FedEx however this is not always the case. If the item arrives simply apply a return label and send the item back. Contact our support department here or email us at [email protected] with your order information to try to intercept the package before it arrives.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always FREE. We realize that shipping furniture online can be expensive depending on where you are located. We don’t think you should be punished by your geographical position. So we’ve absorbed the cost of shipping entirely and have made it FREE for all products on the website.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only able to ship to the continental U.S. This excluded Hawaii and Canada. We are unable to ship to outside the U.S. at this time. There are plans to open E.U. and Canada by mid to late 2019.
How do I track my order?
You will be emailed a Tracking Number to the account that was used at checkout once your item has shipped. Once you have this tracking Number you can check your items location on our Order Tracking Page or via the official FedEx site.

What does your warranty cover?
Just about everything. If your item arrives damaged we will replace the item for free and expedite the new part to you A.S.A.P. If an item gets damaged over time from normal wear and tear we will replace the item for free and expedite the new part to you A.S.A.P. My chaired arrived but I want to replace it for a new color.
My chair arrived but I want to replace it for a different model.
This is doable however you will be required to repackage your chair and pay for shipping both ways ( varies by location). If you are upgrading from the master to the grandmaster you will be required to pay the difference. A change from grandmaster to master will come with a partial refund. How do I take care of my OPSEAT?
If there are stains on the surface o the chair, apply some polish on a soft towel and rub the stains until they dissolve. Do not apply the polish directly to the chair.
