What is the frame made of?

The internal frame and the star base of our gaming chairs are constructed of metal for outstanding durability and support.

How much weight can the chair support?

Our chairs are able to support up to 300 pounds featuring a heavy duty Class IV gas lift.

Do the chairs come with a lumbar and neck pillow?

Yes, all chairs will come with a lumbar support and neck pillow. These items can be removed and adjusted based on your preference.

What are the dimensions of the seat?

The seat width of our computer gamings chairs varies per model. The Master Series has a width of 21″ and the Grandmaster Series will have a wider seat. The height of the chair will vary based on the position of the gas lift.

What is the height of the seat cushion?

At the lowest adjustment, the seat height is 18″. At the highest adjustment, the height is 21″. This height is measured from the floor to the top side of the seat cushion where you will make contact with the chair.

Is the chair able to rock back?

Our seats are able to lean and rock backwards. There is an adjustment knob underneath of the seat that changes the resistance to rocking back, depending on how loose you would like this motion to be. The reclining mechanism which locks the angle of the backrest into place is an additional feature of the gaming chair.

We back our products with a 1 Year Limited Warranty on our products.

When will I receive my chair?

All orders for in stock items are shipped out within two business days and arrive in 2-5 days via FedEx.
